In this workshop, you will learn numerous strategies to search, locate and eventually recruit peak-performing advisers. You will learn to locate them from both offline as well as online sources.

Training Fees

  • The total cost of the 3 days program is $450/pax.

  • IBF Funding of 90% for Singaporeans age 40 and above applies. Permanent residents and Singaporeans age 39 and below will qualify for 50% funding.

  • The participant only needs to pay the unsubsidized portion of 50% ($225) or 10% ($45).

  • The payment is to be made before the commencement of the session and can be paid via PayNow. The instructions to make payment will be found in the invoice that will be sent after you register.

Terms and Condition

  1. You are required to complete the workshop and assessment (if any) to be eligible for the IBF funding.

  2. Training will be conducted via Zoom. It is a requirement to switch on the video at all times during the training session. This is a compliance requirement. Failure to do so may result in a withdrawal of the funding for the individual involved.

  3. If you are unable to attend all the sessions, you can attend make-up sessions within 2 months.

  4. Upon the completion of the course, you will qualify for 7 CPD hours
