Introducing the Trainers' Collaboration & Partnership: A Collaborative Approach to Empowering Educators and Maximizing Revenue

In response to the growing demand for high-quality training programs and the desire for trainers to expand their reach and revenue potential, we are thrilled to introduce the Trainers’ Collaboration and Partnership (hereinafter “Partnership”) initiative. This innovative initiative aims to bring together trainers from diverse backgrounds and specialties to collaborate, support each other, and ultimately thrive in the competitive education landscape.

At the heart of the Partnership is mutual support and reciprocity. By forming a tight-knit community of trainers, each member gains access to a wealth of resources, expertise, and opportunities for collaboration. One key benefit of this community is the ability for trainers to refer participants to each other's classes, thereby increasing enrollment and revenue for all members involved.

To facilitate this referral process and ensure fair recognition and compensation, we have developed cutting-edge software that accurately tracks every trainer's referrals. This software records referrals and ensures that every contributor to another trainer's program receives the recognition and compensation they deserve. This transparent and equitable system fosters trust and collaboration among community members, driving mutual success and growth.

In addition to facilitating referrals, the Partnership offers its members various other benefits. These include access to exclusive training resources, networking opportunities, professional development workshops, and marketing support. Through regular meetups, webinars, and online forums, trainers can exchange ideas, share best practices, and learn from each other's experiences.

Overall, the Partnership represents a powerful new paradigm in the education industry - one where collaboration, support, and mutual success are prioritized above competition. By joining forces and leveraging each other's strengths, trainers can elevate their impact, reach more students, and achieve greater financial stability. Together, we can build a stronger, more vibrant community of educators dedicated to transforming lives through education.

How it Works

  1. Trainer A is conducting a workshop on Facebook Marketing costing $1,000/pax.

  2. The marketing collaterals will be provided to all the other trainers/coaches to promote this event to their database.

  3. Trainer A is able to enroll 5 participants. Revenue is $5,000.

  4. The other trainers are able to enroll another 10 participants. Revenue is $10,000

  5. Trainer A receives 70% of $10,000. The other trainers receive 20% of $10,000 and the platform receives 10%.

  6. In total, Trainer A receives $12,000 instead of $5,000.


By joining this Partnership, Trainer A now has 3 revenue streams.

  1. Promoting his/her own workshop

  2. Promoting other trainer’s workshop

  3. Other trainers promoting his/her workshop

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)

The Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) offers additional support for SMEs in the form of higher course fee subsidies. SMEs can receive SkillsFuture funding, of up to 90% of the course fees when they sponsor their employees to attend SSG supported courses

SkillsFuture Credit (SFC)

SFC aims to encourage individual ownership of skills development and lifelong learning. All Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening SFC of $500 (“Opening SFC”). This credit will not expire and individuals can use their credit for a range of eligible courses listed on the MySkillsFuture portal.


Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA)

The Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) is part of the Post-Secondary Education Scheme to help Singapore Citizens pay for their post-secondary education.

The SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy recognises that mid-career Singaporeans may face greater challenges in undertaking training, and provides additional subsidies to encourage you to upskill and reskill to adapt to changing job requirements.

Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)

UTAP is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training. This benefit is to encourage more NTUC members to go for skills upgrading.
NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded** course fee support for up to $250 each year when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP.

SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)

Eligible employers can receive a one-off $10,000 SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs for supportable initiatives, over and above the support levels of existing schemes.


Absentee Payroll (AP)

Absentee Payroll (AP) funding is a grant to help defray some manpower costs incurred when you send your Singaporean, Permanent Resident and LTVP+ employees for SSG-funded training.
