Synopsis
Email marketing is a digital marketing strategy that involves sending commercial messages or promotional content to a group of people via email. It is a direct form of communication with potential or existing customers, allowing businesses to engage with their audience, build relationships, and promote their products or services.
Email marketing campaigns typically involve sending out targeted emails to a list of subscribers who have voluntarily provided their email addresses or opted in to receive updates from the business. These emails can contain a variety of content, including newsletters, product announcements, sales promotions, event invitations, or personalized offers.
The purpose of email marketing is to nurture leads, drive conversions, and maintain customer loyalty. By leveraging email as a communication channel, businesses can reach a large number of people in a cost-effective manner.
