Certification
Two e-certificates will be awarded to trainees who have demonstrated competency in the WSQ assessment and achieved at least 75% attendance.

Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by WSG. You can download the SOA from here after 3-4 weeks upon completion of the course. Note that the SOA certificate title indicates the TSC title not the course title.

Certification of Achievement issued by Tertiary Infotech Pte Ltd issued after the class.
Course Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances. If the course is cancelled, we will refund 100% to participants.
Note the venue of the training is subject to changes due to class size and availability of the classroom.

Armand Abdul Rahim is a ACTA certified trainer. He has more than 20 years ICT experience that spans across Asia Pacific region. His primary domain of expertise and experience is on Leadership & Management, Digital & Product Marketing and Project Management.

Tan Teck Hwa is a ACTA certified trainer. Teck Hwa gradute with a Master of Edution in NIE,NTU, a Bachelor of Engineering in Polytechnic University,Japan, having Diploma in Japanese Language in International Student Instititude, Japan and a Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance.
He have taken leadership role such as education operations, L&D and organisational change. He is experience in traning management and administration. He did curriculum development and implementation. Conducting leadership and management development training.
He also used to work in COO, Unihearts International Education Group in China, Vice principal at SMRT Institue, Corporate Services Director in ETT Academy, Vice Principal doing strategic planning for Hwa Chong International School, Principal part-time lecturer in ITE Institutes.
